Quick & cozy women’s crochet slippers pattern

I’m so excited to FINALLY share this women’s crochet slippers pattern with all of you. It took me two attempts to design the whole pattern and film a video tutorial, but it was worth the effort.

They are super cute, cozy and simple to make. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged to make these slippers!

This crochet slippers pattern is written in US women’s shoe sizes 5-12, but I think if you’re willing to do a little math and or some googling, you could convert that to accommodate most women’s/ kids sizes internationally.

One day I will make a men’s size crochet slippers pattern as well, but until then, we’ll just have to be the coziest ones 🙌

I used Lion brand wool ease thick and quick #6 super bulky for this pattern. I think it’s a good quality, affordable and accessible yarn for most people. That being said, feel free to use any #6 super bulky you prefer, just be sure to check your gauge first.

This isn’t my first and only crochet slippers pattern, but it is the newest and possibly my favorite. I’ll let you decide which is your favorite women’s crochet slippers design, be sure to check them out below!

creating the tow box of your womens crochet slippers

Heel

We’re going to mark the middle 6(6, 6, 6) st with a stitch marker on each side. You can choose either side, whichever you prefer to be the top part of the slipper. I chose the join at the end of round 14(16, 16, 18) to be the bottom part of the slipper.

Notes:

  • For the heel we’re going to work in the row back and forth
  • We’re still using a 6mm crochet hook with color A

Row 1: Make slip knot then insert hook into the loop, insert hook into the st that you place the stitch marker on your left hand side then make a sc, 1 sc into next st and each st until you reach the other stitch marker, make sure to make 1 sc into the st that you place the stitch marker.
