Drawstring

For the drawstring we’re going to make two pieces exactly the same, I used color B. You can make it as long as you like, just make more chains. Make sure your drawstring is long enough to wrap around your pouch and tie into a knot.

I made a ch about 14″ long and then cut the yarn.

Thread the drawstring into the bag at the side in round 22. Weave the drawstring through each stitch all the way around the pouch. We will repeat the same with the second drawstring starting from the opposite side so there are drawstrings placed evenly on both sides of the bag. Make sure that the drawstrings are at the sides of the bag, then tie a knot in the ends and weave all the ends.
